05/23 - New built-in photo and logo editing tools added. You can upload any size JPEG or GIF image file and edit it to fit the space. We have also made the logo space taller to accomodate vertical logos. 06/20 - Two new calculator pages added: Refi with Pre-payments - a more thorough and flexible refi analysis including built in pre-payment analysis Cash in Refi - Growing in popularity due to lower values, this calculator allows you to easily calculate the rate of return realized by transferring cash or other investments to pay down a loan balance February 2012: We're currently Re-modeling everything from the log-in page to most of the individual calculators. We'll also be adding some new calculators as we go through this process.
