MyCalx grew out of Estate of Mind's original "Total Cost and Benefits" Calculator - the "TCB." Now, it's a whole personalized web site full of a variety of simple and complex informational, instructional and analytical calculators and more. Brian Larrabee is the chief calculator architect and he brings his 30 years of real estate, investment and mortgage industry experience to each one. Our team of programmers and developers make it all happen and we will be regularly bringing new calculators, features and content to life within this system.

Unsure whether it's a curse or a blessing, one thing about Brian is that he's never happy with "good enough." His brother Brad is a partner in the business and he brings many years of design and development skills to the mix and between the two, there is never a point reached where there isn't discussion about making it better. Whether it's the functionality, the variety, the interface or just the look and feel, what you see now is only just the beginning.

There is an ever growing list of new things to add and we are also always open and responsive to our user's suggestions.
